Rules and guidelines for BlackXperience events
General Eligibility
- Legal Requirements: All participants must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid national identification card or driver’s license for verification at the venue.
Vehicle Documentation: Every competing vehicle must have a valid registration (STNK) and meet the basic safety requirements to be driven within the event perimeter.
Official Entry: Participation is only confirmed once the entrant has registered through the BlackXperience official portal and received a unique QR Code for onsite check-in.
Pre-Check Protocol: All vehicles must undergo a mandatory technical inspection by the BXP committee before entering the main competition floor or the "Hype Zone."
Blackauto Modify
- The "Clean & Proper" Philosophy: Judging is heavily weighted towards the execution of modifications, focusing on perfect fitment, paint quality, and overall aesthetic harmony.
Comprehensive Assessment: The judging panel will evaluate multiple sectors, including exterior bodywork, interior upholstery, engine bay aesthetics, and the integration of advanced technology.
Safety & Integrity: While radical modifications are encouraged, the vehicle must maintain structural integrity and must not pose a safety risk to the audience or the judging staff.
Modification Documentation: Participants are encouraged to provide a "Build Book" or digital portfolio in their BXP Garage profile to help judges understand the complexity of the project.
Black Outloud
- Measurement Precision: Decibel (dB) levels and sound quality will be measured using industry-standard Term-LAB sensors and official BXP audio calibration tools.
Safety Zones: During high-decibel testing, only the driver and authorized marshals are permitted within the immediate testing zone to ensure maximum safety.
Class Divisions: Entrants will be categorized into specific classes based on their audio setup, including "SQL" (Sound Quality Loud) and "SPL" (Sound Pressure Level) configurations.
Equipment Integrity: All audio components and auxiliary batteries must be securely mounted; loose equipment will result in an immediate suspension of the testing run.
